Welcome to the 2024 Rocky Mountain Rural Trauma Symposium!

The 2024 symposium is hosted jointly by the Western Regional Trauma Advisory Committee and Montana DPHHS EMS and Trauma Systems Program.

The annual Rocky Mountain Rural Trauma Symposium is Montana’s leading trauma education symposium for physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and emergency medical service personnel working in the RURAL environment. This symposium focuses on the entire trauma system continuum with breakout sessions for both EMS and Hospital staff. Whether you work in the prehospital setting, emergency department, intensive care unit, or operating room in a small critical access hospital or one of the larger regional centers, this symposium offers something for everyone.
